چکیده
Plastic mulched ridge-furrow irrigation is a useful method to improve crop productivity and decrease salt accumulation in arid saline areas. However, inappropriate fertilizer practices may result ecological environmental problems. In order the resource use efficiency these areas, we investigated effects of different amounts (400 (I1), 300 (I2) 200 (I3) mm) nitrogen application rates (300 (F1) 150 (F2) kg N/hm2) on water consumption, variation spring maize (Zea mays L.) Hetao Irrigation District (HID) Northwest China 2017 2018. Result showed that soil contents were 0.2%–8.9% 13.9%–18.1% lower for I2 I3 than I1, respectively, but was slightly higher F2 F1. Soil 7.8%–23.5% 48.5%–18.9% I1 I3, 1.6%–5.5% F1 F2. Less leaching at early growth stage (from sowing six-leaf stage) peak tasseling from grain-filling maturity resulted content I2. Grain yields significantly 14.7%–34.0% I1. Compared with F1, increased partial factor (PFP) by more 80%. PFP not between I1F2 I2F2, those other treatments. Considering goal saving resources, ensuring food security, recommended combination I2F2 ensure sustainable development agriculture HID similar

Soil particle size distribution and its relationship with soil water and salt under mulched drip irrigation in Xinjiang of China
Soil particle size distribution (PSD), one of the most important soil physical attributes, is of great importance to soil water movement, soil erosion and soil solute migration. In this study, the soil PSD of 563 soil samples from the mulched drip irrigated cotton fields in Xinjiang of China were measured by laser diffraction particle size analyzer. The soil PSD characteristics and its relation...

Today, one of the biggest challenges facing the world is the lack of water, especially in the agricultural sector. In this research, we investigated the effects of irrigation method and deficit irrigation with the urban refined effluent on biomass, grain yield, yield components and water use efficiency in single grain crosses 704 maize. This research was carried out in a randomized complete blo...
متن کاملEffects of Ridge-Furrow System Combined with Different Degradable Mulching Materials on Soil Water Conservation and Crop Production in Semi-Humid Areas of China
In China, the ridge-furrow water conservation planting (RC) system is advantageous for improving crop yields and rainwater use efficiency. In RC planting system, plastic film-mulched ridges are employed for water harvesting while the furrows serve as infiltration and planting belts. To optimize the RC system and to overcome problems due to the lack of water in semi-humid areas at risk of drough...
متن کاملSoil Salt Distribution and Tomato Response to Saline Water Irrigation under Straw Mulching
To investigate better saline water irrigation scheme for tomatoes that scheduling with the compromise among yield (Yt), quality, irrigation water use efficiency (IWUE) and soil salt residual, an experiment with three irrigation quotas and three salinities of irrigation water was conducted under straw mulching in northern China. The irrigation quota levels were 280 mm (W1), 320 mm (W2) and 360 m...
متن کاملSoil Respiration Response to Long-Term Freezing Saline Water Irrigation with Plastic Mulching in Coastal Saline Plain
The technology of freezing saline water irrigation (FSWI) with plastic mulching has been regarded as an effective way to reclaim the highly saline soil in coastal plains, which enabled the growth of crops in heavy saline soil that was not suitable for any crop growth before. However, after long-term treatment with FSWI, the microenvironment of the soil has been found to be affected by the growt...
